”After a couple of years of searching for a reputable self-publishing company, I was fortunate to meet the owner of Marketing New Authors, (MANA), Fairy C. Hayes-Scott. During our conversation, I mentioned to Fairy C. Hayes-Scott that I had a deceased cousin who had a collection of writings, mainly poetry, that she had been unable to get published before her death. That was the beginning of an in-depth conversation about how MANA could assist in the publication of my cousin’s writings.
At another time, I met with Fairy C. Hayes-Scott to obtain a better understanding about how MANA could help with the publication. I was extremely impressed with the warmth, sincerity and clarity Fairy C. Hayes-Scott displayed as she explained how her business worked. During this meeting, she shared with me other books that MANA had published. I shared with her the manuscript of my cousin’s writings. She then informed me that MANA would be very happy to assist me in the publication.
From there the process started with the signing of a contract, establishing cost, deadlines, etc. I was extremely happy with the smoothness, suggestions, and punctuality of how MANA coordinated the work. I was open to whatever ideas for improvement that was provided. I was most impressed with the personal assistance I was given.
During the process, I truly felt that MANA understood how I felt about the publication and all my concerns were addressed. The book was finally published and exceeded my expectations. I would describe MANA as a publishing company with its main goal is to help a new author publish her work with dignity, compassion, and dependability.
